Chiropractic consists of a wide range of specific manual techniques, manipulations, and
adjustments designed to improve the function of joints, relieve pain, muscle spasm and
irritation to the nervous system. Ultimately, the goal of our treatment sessions is to resolve
the cause of your discomfort, not just relieve your symptoms.

Assessment: During your initial visit, your Chiropractor will assess your injuries and
symptoms and design a treatment plan best suited for your individual needs. Each patient
has a different reason for coming to see us; our goal is to not only resolve your immediate
symptoms but also alleviate/eliminate your condition and ensure a state of optimal health.
Intensive Phase: To relieve your symptoms as quickly as possible, we recommend that
you see your Chiropractor 2 to 4 times per week depending on the severity of your
symptoms. The goal of this phase is to reduce/eliminate your pain.
Rehabilitative Phase: With most of your obvious symptoms gone, this next phase is
designed to emphasize self-care and maintenance by decreasing the frequency your visits
to about once a week. Chiropractic care, therapeutic massage and Pilates are
recommended during this time to repair muscle and tissue damage, help strengthen
weakened muscles, and relieve joint stiffness and swelling.
Wellness Phase: We recommend a visit every 4 to 6 weeks to help maintain proper spinal
alignment and function. Emphasizing the benefits of therapeutic massage and Pilates, this
phase concentrates on strengthening the surrounding muscles and soft tissue to maintain
the corrected spinal position. Ultimately the goal is to restore you to a state of optimal
health and wellness.
