Getting Started
The most effective way to develop a solid Pilates foundation and create a firmer and
stronger physique is by doing Equipment-based  Pilates on an individual basis with a
Certified Pilates Instructor. Focus on training your coordination, increasing breath capacity,
developing precision of movement and concentration, and moving from your center.  
We recommend that you begin with 2 to 3 Pilates sessions per week.  

Building Up
It can take 4 to 6 weeks to develop a solid Pilates foundation and feel a difference after
starting a Pilates program. Individual instruction on our  Pilates equipment will aid you in
building up the core strength, flexibility, muscular tone and the understanding you need to
develop a solid Pilates foundation.

Maintenance
Continue your individual Pilates sessions to increase your core strength, muscular tone and
flexibility.  Maintain an individual program designed specifically for you.
